Carol Webster kindly contributed the following delightful photograph of a large roost of blue banded bees (Amegilla) in her garden. These bees settled each night on a dry flower stalk of her geranium plant.

Beautiful native bees can be found in gardens of both native and exotic flowers, and in both rural and urban areas!
