Carpenter Bees Foraging
by Corinne Jordan-Ivers

See Corinne's rare footage of male and female lestis carpenter bees together! Lestis carpenter bees are spectacular large bees with a noisy buzz. The females are a dhiny metallic green. The males have a fuzz of yellow fur on the thorax, with their metallic colouring showing underneath it.
