Leafcutter Bee in UK
by simbirdcom on YouTube

This short video is by Simon Knott of Kidderminster, UK.

See great close up footage of a leafcutter bee bringing a piece of leaf into her nest hole in a piece of timber.

Leafcutter bees use oval shaped pieces of leaf to build their nest cells then they cap each cell with circular pieces of leaf. The nest tunnel shown on the right has been already sealed with pieces of leaf.
